Rachael restores hope and brings clarity during a confusing time in hearing care. With so much information and advertising out there, it's hard to know what to do. But if you've already had a bad experience with hearing aids, it's even harder not to get resigned. As Owner of Quality Hearing Health Care, Rachael is deeply committed to educating you on what it takes to be happy with hearing aids. She does this as a professional and educator. You'll often find her powerful presentations at local clubs and organizations. Rachael conducts Educational Seminars and Hearing Health Classes packed full of information you need. She explains everything to you in plain English, and makes it fun! The people who attend her classes are so well informed about their hearing that they make the best decision possible for themselves, and their families. Whether you attend one of her seminars, or book a personal consultation, you'll love Rachael's enthusiasm and honest communication. She specializes in helping people who have a history of wearing hearing aids . People travel great distances to take advantage of her expertise and creating approach to fitting hearing instruments. She listens with her heart, creating a safe place for you to work through your concerns and confusion.

With previous experience in customer service and administrative work, Amanda has decided to only be a part of organizations that truly care about their patients. The moment she walked into Quality Hearing Health Care, she knew she had come "home". In that spirit, she greets each and every person that comes through our door. Her enthusiasm and warmth bring much joy and a sense of comfort to everyone she serves.
Amanda has enjoyed her time so much with us that she decided to get her Hearing Specialist License. She truly enjoys helping you in all she does, whether she helps you post a review about Quality Hearing on Social Media or makes sure you have enough batteries until your next appointment. Amanda is always ready to lend a helping hand and listen with a loving heart.
When not at Quality Hearing Health Care, Amanda and her husband have five children who keep them very busy and fill their time together as family. Next time you visit Quality Hearing, ask her to show you a picture of her kids!
Madison Cothren, Patient Coordinator
Madison is originally from Holly Pond, AL. She decided to move to Arab and join our team to help others. Madison is the first person who greets you when you walk through our doors. She is the one who takes care of setting up all your appointments. Also, Madison helps you navigate through all your insurance benefits.
Madison has enjoyed helping people get their hearing back so much that she has decided to take the course in becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist. She tries to help you in anyway she can, whether that is cleaning your hearing aids, giving you batteries, or helping you set up an appointment. Just like the rest of us Madison treats all of our patients like they are her family.
When Madison is not at work she loves to take care of her baby sister. Her and her boyfriend love to go on long car rides to look at different sceneries. Madison will help you and listen to any story you want to share with her.
